Do you have access to discord and a working microphone?

Yep

Do you have screenshotting software such as Gyazo, Lightshot, Imgur?

Yep (Lightshot)

Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos?

No (I have OBS installed, but can not seem to get it to work).

Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)?

No, I can speak basic Spanish though.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?

As you may know I'm on basically everyday for many hours.

What is encouraging you to become a trainee on Venture-Ville?

I have been on this server for many months, I have seen all the help others get and even myself from time to time. I have seen and experienced the mostly friendly community. I have seen most mistakes and most successes this server has been through. Even I have been a part (a small part but a part nonetheless) in the server. Because of this, I want to become a bigger part in the server.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?
Nothing really makes me a definitive stand-out from the rest of the crowd, but I have been on Venture for a very long time so I know somewhat how this server is run and how I can act to better the server as a whole. Also, although I can be immature at times, I can be professional and mature when I need to be. Even with little server moderation experience, I believe I can be a great addition to the staff team. I am also on everyday for a long period of time so yeah :D

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so please include details.

Actually yes; two on Hypixel by Watchdog and once on Badlion. The first time I got banned because (I'm guessing because it doesn't give a reason) I was using both my mouse and laptop buttons to click at the same time (this was also why I got banned on Badlion, but was before I realized why I got banned on Hypixel). The second time on Hypixel, I literally have no idea why I got banned. Pretty weird reasons but they are bans :C

Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? (Can be anything)

One mistake that I have made within the last year is that I have not been very active in my Boy Scout troop. This happened because I joined the track team at my school and had practices everyday, so I did not have time to go to my Boy Scout meetings. Missing my meetings happened so many times, it spiraled into a habit of me not going to the meetings and outings even after track had ended. A couple weeks ago however, I finally decided I needed to be active again, so I started going to meetings again, and recently went on a camping trip. I learned from this experience that you have to be committed to something you have started, important or not.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft?

As said above, I run track, and in a Boy Scout troop.

Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?

I had no previous server moderation experience, but I am in the Boy Scouts which has taught me a lot about how to be a good leader.

What would help to keep you most motivated within a staff team?

I like to help people as a whole, so knowing that I am making players' experience better on this server is defiantly a huge motivation to me.

SCENARIO: "You come home from school/work and have a ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5-minute break before I start and get on Venture-Ville. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you?

This is extremely familiar to me, as it happens very often, but I stay strong and get my homework done.

SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a trainee and you mute a well-known player. Their friends start spamming your discord or twitter, calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do?

I would stay with my decision to mute them, and even show them evidence I gathered to explain why I muted them. As rule of law states, the principle of authority applies to everyone, no matter social status, so I would not back down. If they keep spamming/harassing me, I would talk to more qualified people on how to handle the situation.

If it had to be one of Winter, Autumn, Spring or Summer for the rest of time, which would you choose?

I would choose Autumn because in my area, Autumn is basically summer with the heat dial turned down a bit. Winter is too cold for me and Spring is more cold than warm.

The zombie apocalypse has come, you have one day to stock an underground bunker, what stuff do you get?

First, I would get medical supplies, tons of water (and a water filter), flashlight with plenty of batteries, food (non-perishables and seeds to make a farm), a map of the surrounding area and a compass, weapons to defend myself such as guns, bow and arrows, and me trusty ol' pocket knife (and I guess a hunting knife), and of course, family and friends (including Quit, Slayer, and maybe Sulking (my place btw)).
